Rick and Michelle Espero both grew up on Maui and have deep respect and love for this land. They are a husband and wife team creating one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces, most often reflecting the ocean. Rick is a fisherman, diver, and surfer and his perfectionism and patience are apparent in his pieces. Michelle studies hula and classical belly dance and her passion for painting shows through her ceramic work.
