Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship very small items in a flat rate box and everything else is shipped UPS. If you have a business shipping address, please use that one as signature is required.
What if the item breaks in shipping?
This rarely happens. We insure all packages. You can have a refund or replacement. Call (800) 352-4278 for instructions. Do not throw away the packaging.
How long will it take to get here?
Three days to a couple weeks depending on the item. We will let you know if it is an item that will take longer.
What if an item I want is sold?
Because we work with our artists so closely, we are often able to have either a commission piece made for you, or find you something that is very similar to the piece of art you are wanting. Contact us!
Is my credit card number secure?
It is encrypted in the shopping cart and run through and destroyed when we get it over the phone. We do not keep credit card numbers on file.
What if I don’t like what I receive?
You may return it, insured, with the receipt and credit card information for a full refund. You pay the shipping back charges. If we are exchanging the item for you, we pay the shipping charges on the replacement.
