“Leaves Aplenty” Vessel

A fallen palm sheath creates this vessel. Formed while wet, and hand-stitched with raffia palm, the vessel contorts and flows into a new shape upon drying. Decorated with leaves from a sea grape tree, handmade paper trims the top and the bottom of the vessel, which is weighted with a wooden base.
