The art of Roger Van
de Vanter
Roger is trained in the traditions of 15th century Japan and the spirited expressions of Laguna Beach in the 60s. For the last twenty years he has specialized in the western style of Raku and schooled in the style of pottery known as Sunny Southern California Ware. His work has been purchased and exhibited by many private collectors in the United State, Japan, the White House, and the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
