Brian Kawal Fine Furniture is based out of the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific Northwest. For over 12 years, Brian has designed and built custom furniture for clients in all corners of the United States. With an emphasis on traditional construction techniques and methods, he brings high quality to his unique style. Each piece of furniture is crafted to be enjoyed for generations.

Brian often looks to nature and architecture for inspiration when designing a new piece. Having had the opportunity to travel to many corners of the earth has given a wide palette of shapes, sizes and textures to draw from for his work. His enjoyment of photography, rock climbing and hiking leads him to many destinations, where he pauses to examine placement of detail. That detail manifests as character and class in his fine furniture.

Many of the projects Brian has designed and completed have been enriched by collaboration with other talented people and craftsmen. The opportunity to work intimately with those who value quality and attention to detail has given Brian the motivation to continually learn and progress to become an even more complete artisan woodworker.
