The art of Doug Bischoff

Growing up on the ocean in Florida, at an early age Doug became active in sailing and windsurfing. He moved to Maui in 1986 to pursue a career in windsurfing and soon gained wide-spread notoriety as he became one of the top Speed Sailors in the world (1987 - 1989).His love for the ocean and natural elements are evident as the common theme in nearly all his sculptures. Many of his works are sculpted in clay, molded and then cast in a number of mediums.
